Lovely new owners since September 2016 and they are doing a wonderful job remodeling the park and adding sites. This park sits right on the South Umpqua with beautiful river access. Rising River is a pet and kid-friendly place that we will happily return to in the future.
This this is a lovely park right on the Umpqua River. The bathrooms are the cleanest I have ever seen and I choose to shower in there bathrooms even though I have a shower in my trailer. I definitely recommend staying here especially if you are planning to visit the wildlife safari in nearby Winston Oregon. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there is a little bit of traffic noise coming off the bridge nearby but other than that it is very vulnerable. This is our second time here and we stayed in site number 42. It backs directly behind the river and is a very peaceful place.
This is a wonderful little park. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. Facilities were very clean and tidy. We are going back for a second time in a month this weekend.

Absolutely love this RV park. Some of the friendliest staff we've encountered in our nearly 3 years of full-time RV travel. The owner, Janet, went out of her way to accommodate us last minute when another area RV park lost our 6 week reservation.
Our first time here. So beautiful, the grounds are well manicured the lots are incredible. I just cant say enough about this park. The lady in the office was so nice very.. We just didnt expect the park to be so exceptional. Our RV is not equipped with hydraulic jacks, no problem here we pulled in and within 5 minutes we were level using two leveling jacks. Hooked the water and free cable Tv up and enjoying the beautiful scenery
