The park is improved over the years with better management they've installed speed bumps to keep people from speeding and there's a great neighborhood watch system in there keeping an eye on what's going on and keeping the bad things out
Very quite & friendly place
It's a dump ,
The mgrs are jerks , atypical for a mobile home park !
Only issue I see is owner's of animals need to keep them in their own yard...
